Gyoza! (which I'm bringing for lunch tomorrow.)

Shrimp and zucchini pasta! Super yummy (:

And sort of fried rice which I then stuffed in the microwave and melted cheese over. o.o But it was nice anyway.

I'll feel extremely sad when it comes to tomorrow and school starts. Where oh where have the holidays gone to? It feels like the weeks have passed by in a flash, yet I haven't done much in these weeks at all. Haven't studied, haven't done SS PT. I don't know, where did all that time go?

I guess I'll recount a bit:

Week 1 was a rest week, and an SAP week - Went for the SAP sessions in school. Heck I even went down to school to discover the art room wasn't open on the Tues of that week. So I stuck myself in class for a couple of hours to draw then just left to buy materials for AA Decor. Sat outside Art Friend at the benches eating my packed lunch (bet I looked like some poor hobo). Which reminds me: I dearly hope that I can reclaim my receipts. I mean, three weeks have passed since I bought the materials, but it was the June holidays! How am I supposed to have handed them up?

Week 2 was sleepover and more SAP (I was really getting damn sick of Photoshop.) and more slacking. Haha sleepover was really awesome (: Thanks you guys! BUT YOU WERE CRUEL TO MAKE ME HUNT FOR CLUES WHILE HUNGRY. Anyway I got a new wallet so I can now put the photos in them (: Though I injured my tailbone and couldn't do sit-ups for the whole week. Which sucks. My stomach muscles disappeared.

Week 3 was the most bloody awesome thing ever: MACAU. Oh gosh I miss it. I realised that I really do enjoy going overseas, to just walk around, see the area, see what makes it unique and different and wonderful. And we sure did walk around a whole lot: sightseeing in Macau, and shopping in Zhuhai (just across the border). I still remember the egg tarts! And it was only in Macau that I realised that Singapore KFC has Portugese egg tarts as well. Tried them, they're super yummy, but oily too of course. And I will always remember the Japanese pasta I tried at the foodcourt at the Venetian. I bought a lot of clothes (: But these will last me to the end of the year I guess, because I don't really go shopping all that often. We tried to sneak in the casinos to take a look heh. But it didn't work, the security guard stopped me.

And then of course, it was my birthday (: Which I spent most of the day travelling: On budget airline back to Singapore, then ferry to Bintan. But I guess I don't mind, because it really felt like my birthday had been extended to the entire holiday already. Was a good feeling (: Besides, we stayed at a bungalow at Bintan Lagoon Resorts (because it was half price). It wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be though, would prefer a hotel room actually, especially since the bungalows were so darn far away.

Sadly it rained a whole lot, so we had mostly indoor things. We got addicted to Mario Karts at the rentable Wii there. My whole family pretty much sucks at arcade games and the like, though at least I'm the best of the bunch (: Though I still suck. My mom and dad are the best though: certified drivers failing at driving on a Wii game. My dad even fails on Laser Quest (despite boasting about his marksmanship and whatever in NS). Guess who got first? (:

Food wasn't amazing, but memorable too! Or at least, there was one thing that was memorable: The Italian restaurant. It was loads expensive, but authentic Italian dining, and the food was incredible. My brother fell asleep at the table. Excellent dining etiquette he's got. We ordered a pizza (can't remember what it was called, but it had shrimp, chicken, clams, and a lot of ingredients) and a vegetable lasagna. Which was more than enough, and so bloody good. It serious crushed my bias against vegetables. Really, I am now eating vegetables and actually enjoying them. One month ago I would have never touched eggplant. Now I badly want to try some salad. o.o

And well, for Week 4: It's just somehow passed so fast. It seems like there's supposed to be another week of holidays, but there isn't. Only consolation is that since this month has passed so remarkably fast, it makes sense that the next few months to final exams would pass fast as well. But still, I'll miss the nice easy days of the June holidays. Say goodbye to nice slow mornings and hello to the morning rush. Sigh.

I have just out that according to my medical check-up (that my mom insisted me do because she thinks that I am either anorexic or there's something wrong with me) I am hypothyroid? Which means, according to Wiki:
Hypothyroidism is the disease state in humans and in vertebrates caused by insufficient production of thyroid hormones by the thyroid gland.

I got that. But what I didn't get were the symptoms:

Early

Late

Which actually contradicts the diagnosis. o.o

Sigh it's nothing serious but apparently I will have to go to the hospital for some screening thing in 3 months. I realised that medical fees are really expensive. But my doctor is nice (: Haha he waives consultation fees for me.

Anyway breakfast yesterday (made by me!):

Crepes! (With cheese in one side and jam in the other and drizzled with honey)

And lunch! (Also made by me) Broccoli and mushroom risotto. For my mom, my brother, and me (: Mom also brought some to work for dinner.

Ate the crepes for breakfast again today, but with butter and honey. I think I shall make pancakes tomorrow (:

Lunch! (yumyum) One bowl for me and one bowl for my mom. None for my brother 'cause he doesn't eat the green peppers. I'm taking the opportunity to cook before school starts ><

I am in a much better mood now. Which is good, otherwise I'd be ranting all over this blog. Which I actually did, just that you don't get to see it.

Holiday life is kind of. Not holiday life. But I'll take what I can get.

Spent the whole of today working. Morning was Guides proposals for Open House, then was CmPS stuff all the way till night when we had a failure of a CmPS meeting but oh well. Who wasn't expecting that.

But I'm not gonna remind myself of unhappy stuff. Instead, I LOVE MY COWS ;D. Cause I was drawing stuff for FunPack for the camp we're organising for CmPS and I was drawing cows cause duh it's called Dairy Farm, was a Dairy Farm, and I don't exactly feel like drawing Alfred Russel Wallace or sketching the WEC anyway. Also, I drew someone in a cow suit. THAT was inspired by Balloons. And Maddy.
Say hello to cowboy#1. Who isn't very good cause I didn't spend much time on the colouring. I still love him to bits though.

OHMANS THE WEEKEND PASSED SO FAST.

Seriously yesterday was choir concert and then tuition homework then today was tuition and then grandma's bday celebration. And I haven't got to play my sims yet D:

You know I have the PRETTIEST INGAME BORN SIM EVER called JENNA. But she's a romance sim and therefore a man-iser and god I hate her. SHE IS SO MEAN. AND CHEATS ON HER HUSBAND. Who I love like lots by the way. Because he is a nice snuggly cuddly sim. Also he keeps getting promotions. Jenna doesn't deserve him. I am going to get another sim to steal him away.

On another note, I also have another ingame born sim that looks like SKANDAR KEYNES. I'm serious, I didn't adjust his looks or anything he just looks like him. Isn't that awesome ((: He is now my favourite sim, since Jenna grew up to be a bloody romance sim.

WEP is next week! I'm kinda scared. Also, am wondering what the hell smart casual consists of. I'll be staying over at my uncle's house for the whole week, along with my absolutely adorable baby cousin. I need to bring my LAAABTOP, my IPOOOOOOD and my CHAAAARGER. I will miss home. D;

Year 3's all going to watch My Sister's Keeper tomorrow. Wonder how that will turn out...
